What is the Annual Meeting?
Started in 2018, the Michigan Vernal Pools Partnership hosts a year-end gathering of experts, partners, community scientists, and vernal pool enthusiasts to stay updated on the latest in vernal pools. The meeting is intended to be a year-end celebration of the years highlights and progress, a way to connect with partners across the region, share success stories and connect with our network of partners and community scientists, and serve as a learning opportunity for all participants. Each year, we welcome guest speakers from Michigan and beyond to cover recent work and projects in vernal pool related conservation, research & mapping, and outreach and education.
